Sapna Marwaha

Sapna Marwaha has extensive experience in various roles related to governance, strategy, operations, leadership, diversity and inclusion. Sapna is currently the Managing Director at Formation Consultancy Ltd since April 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at ARMA UK, EDIS, Nexus Planning, NHS Blood and Transplant, UK Research and Innovation, LifeArc, Versus Arthritis, The University of Nottingham, and the University of Glasgow. Their roles included responsibilities in legal, governance, finance, international relations, equity and diversity, research and innovation, and commercial contracts.

Sapna Marwaha began their education in 2004 at The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) degree in 2008. During their time at the university, they focused on the field of study in law. Following this, they pursued further legal education at the same institution and completed a Diploma in Legal Practice in 2009.

In 2014, Sapna Marwaha enrolled at Kaplan Law School and embarked on the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme, specializing in English Law. Sapna concluded their studies in this program in 2016.

Additionally, in 2006, Sapna Marwaha attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) for one year, where they obtained a Diploma in French Law, deepening their knowledge in the field.
