Russel Tan

Russel Tan serves as Vice President of the Project Management Office and Service Delivery at Nexus Technologies since June 2021, where responsibilities include governance and executive leadership in implementing PMO frameworks aligned with strategic goals. Previously, Russel held the position of Senior Project Manager at Wells Fargo, managing corporate technology projects, and Vice President of Technology Program/Project Management at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing various technology initiatives and ensuring governance compliance. Russel has also contributed as a consultant and senior project manager at World Vision, focused on global implementations and stakeholder engagement, and has extensive experience in technology project management roles across organizations such as China Systems, Innodata Inc., and Prime Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from De La Salle University, a Post Baccalaureate Program in IT Project Management from UCLA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mapúa University.
