Rob MacLean

Rob MacLean is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer at Nexus Water Group. Prior to this, Rob held various roles at American Water from January 1999 to March 2018, including President of New Jersey American Water and Senior Vice President of the Eastern Division. Rob also served as President of California and Hawaii during their time at American Water. Before joining American Water, Rob worked as a Product Specialist and Head of Potable Water at PICA USA, Inc. and as a Project Engineer at Hatch. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering - Environmental from Polytechnique Montréal. Additionally, Rob completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business program in 2014.
