Shanti Akkineni

Shanti Akkineni has over 15 years of professional experience in product management, user interface and user experience design, project management, and business analysis. Shanti began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. In 2007, they moved to Drake Management as an Associate. Shanti then worked at Calyon Securities as a Project Manager in 2008, followed by a similar role at Nomura Securities in 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Senior Business Analyst/User Interface Design at RBC Capital Markets. In 2013, they became a Product Manager at Discovery Communications. In 2014, they moved to Citi as a User Interface and User Experience Design. In 2016, they began working at New York Public Radio in the same role, and also became Co-Founder and Head of Product at NexusEdge.

Shanti Akkineni received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Michigan between 2000 and 2004.
