Matthew Childs

Matthew Childs is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at NexusTek since April 2021, Matthew has previously held positions as a Service Desk Engineer and Tech Support at Global Eagle from September 2015 to April 2021. Prior experience includes working as an End User Support Analyst at ICANN from November 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance of Mac and Windows platforms, user configuration in Active Directory, and management of imaging systems.
