Chris Korn

Chris Korn, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Nexxen since April 2022, Chris has previously held key roles, including Sr. Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Amobee and Sr. Compensation Analyst at Conversant. Expertise includes managing global compensation and benefits programs, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and facilitating annual incentive plans. Chris has also demonstrated proficiency in HR policies and procedures, union contract negotiations, and employee relations throughout various organizations, including Transco, Inc., NORC, and Roosevelt University. Chris holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Augustana College.
