Gretchen Johnson

Gretchen Johnson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People Officer at DigitalReef since September 2022. Previously, from August 2015 to December 2021, Gretchen held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of HR at TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION, where crucial talent strategies were developed in partnership with the CEO to support business evolution. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Travelzoo, where Gretchen led global HR initiatives, and SVP, Human Resources Director at Aegis Media, overseeing corporate initiatives in multiple regions. Other notable positions include VP/Group Director of Talent Management at Digitas and Director of Global Learning & Development at Mastercard. Education includes a BS in Mathematics from Dickinson College.
