Damir Stazic is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis and research. Currently employed at Nexxiot AG since January 2019, Damir previously worked as a data analyst at antavi GmbH from May 2018 to January 2019. Prior roles include serving as a postdoctoral researcher and lab manager at both the University of Stuttgart and Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, where contributions spanned from July 2009 to April 2017. Additional experience includes a visiting scientist position at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2012. Damir holds multiple nanodegrees from Udacity in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis, and has earned a Dr. rer. nat. in molecular genetics and a Diplom degree in biology from the University of Freiburg, specializing in microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, and pharmaceutical biology.
