Narender E Subramanian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Narender started their career in 2002 as an Engineer in Quality Assurance and Control at Ramya Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. During their time there, they successfully reduced three major customer complaints to zero defects and developed seven new components in a short span of three months.

In 2004, Narender joined JKM Daerim Automotive Limited as an Assistant Engineer in Quality Assurance. Narender introduced a mistake-proofing fixture in the Water Pump assembly line to prevent product mix-ups and analyzed root causes for customer complaints, providing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Moving forward, Narender worked at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED as a Senior Engineer in Quality Assurance and Control. Narender served as an internal auditor for the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program and played a crucial role in the accreditation program for Magnetic Particle Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Inspection. Narender also contributed to the implementation of the Quality Management System.

Next, Narender joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) as a Deputy Manager in Quality. Here, they led the company-wide implementation of the AS 9100 C standard and played a key role in the successful adoption of the standard.

In 2012, Narender joined MRC Global as a Quality Engineer, specializing in Pipes and Fittings used in the Oil and Gas and Mining Industries. Narender performed Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection to ensure the quality of stainless steel and carbon steel items.

Narender's next position was at Nexxis Australia, where they worked as a Solutions Specialist. Narender ensured that customer technical requirements were fully understood and provided solutions based on their needs.

Following this, Narender worked at Pacific Aerospace as a Compliance Officer, where they focused on ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Currently, Narender holds the position of Lead Product Specialist at Nexxis, where they showcase their expertise in product management and team leadership.

Narender E Subramanian earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from St. Peter's Engineering College in 2002. Narender later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completing it in 2007. In addition, Narender holds a certification in PCN Level 2- MPI, LPI & ET (Welds) from The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing, although the specific time of obtaining this certification is unknown.
