Tom Rish

Tom Rish is an experienced engineering professional with a background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Nexxt Spine, Tom previously held multiple leadership roles at Greenlight Guru, where responsibilities included overseeing teams, managing budgets, and providing strategic guidance to support medical device professionals. Tom's tenure at BioPoly LLC as Engineering Manager involved leading product development teams and successfully launching a partial resurfacing patella system. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Zimmer and PolySciTech Division of Akina, Inc. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University.
