Prerana Vaidya

Prerana Vaidya is the Founding Managing Partner of 2237VC, a venture capital fund focused on scaling early-stage companies from Tier II and Tier III cities in India. As CEO and Founder of Kidzz, Inc., Prerana developed innovative educational programs, including Kidizens, which enhances children's life skills through engaging experiences. With a strong background in investment banking as a Director at UBS Investment Bank and business development at Philips, Prerana is also the Managing Partner at Third Rock Partners and a Founding Limited Partner at the Neythri Futures Fund, which aims to increase diversity in the venture capital ecosystem. Additionally, Prerana serves on various non-profit boards and holds advanced degrees from top institutions, including an MBA from NYU Stern and a Master’s in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
