Soroosh Maftouni

Soroosh Maftouni is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in infrastructure electric charger applications and data-driven analysis. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Electric Charger Application Engineer at NFI Group Inc. since April 2022, Soroosh focuses on increasing charger availability and developing telematics services. Previously, Soroosh worked as a business analyst, where responsibilities included designing dashboards for E-bus charging performance and analyzing charging event data. Prior experience includes roles as a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Monarch Industries and RJ Millwork, as well as a Technical Manager and Automation and Manufacturing Engineer at ATICO, where continuous process improvement and product development were key responsibilities. Soroosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Control Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manitoba.
