Denis Cela

Denis Cela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in warehouse and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Warehouse Operations and General Manager at NFI since September 2019, Denis has also held significant roles such as Executive Board Member at The Traffic Club of the Lehigh Valley and Supply Chain Management Advisory Board Member at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. As a founding member of The Outlier Project and a leadership coach, trainer, and speaker with LGI Consulting, Denis contributes to personal and professional development. Previous positions include Manager of Distribution at Thermo Fisher Scientific and various managerial roles at Walmart, where Denis focused on optimizing process flows and enhancing operational efficiency. Denis holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University, along with certification in Execution of Operations from APICS.
