Kelan Klemm

Kelan Klemm has held various roles in the field of operations management over the years. Kelan started their career at InteSys in 2000 as a Manager and later became the Plant Operating Manager. Kelan then joined Perlos Inc. as a Manager in 2004 and continued to serve as the Senior Production Manager in 2005. In 2008, they joined GENCO, where they held several roles including Direct Fulfillment Manager, ADS Operations Manager, and Senior Manager of Operations. In 2016, Kelan joined FedEx Supply Chain as the Managing Director and held that position until 2023. Kelan is currently working at NFI as the Senior Director of Operations.

Kelan Klemm obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College in 2009. Kelan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas, graduating in 2011. Kelan went on to complete an MBA in Business with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas in 2014.
