Kristine MacIolek Small

Kristine Maciolek Small has a strong background in diversity and inclusion, talent management, and employment law. Kristine is currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at NFI since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at PPL Corporation, including Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Management from 2018 to 2022, Senior Counsel - Employment from 2016 to 2018, and Counsel - Litigation from 2013 to 2016. Before joining PPL Corporation, they worked at Toll Brothers as the Assistant Vice President and Counsel from 2005 to 2013, where they led in-house legal counsel for specific geographic regions and affiliate entities. Prior to that, they were a Member at Cozen O'Connor from 1999 to 2005. Kristine Maciolek Small has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Kristine also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania, earned from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Kristine has obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University ILR School in 2020. Kristine is currently pursuing a certification called Women in Leadership Institute from SHRM Women in Leadership Institute, expected to be obtained in 2023.
