Ralph Wallace Jr

Ralph Wallace Jr. is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion with significant experience in capacity management and development, currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Partner at NFI since September 2017. Previously, Ralph held multiple roles at C.H. Robinson from January 2000 to September 2017, including Carrier Account Manager. Ralph's career began in education as a Biology Teacher at Detroit Southwestern High School from August 1997 to December 1999. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Earth Science from Central Michigan University, which was completed from 1989 to 1994.
