Rakim Cox has a diverse work experience that includes positions in athletics, physical therapy, and community involvement. Rakim began their career as a Case Manager at George W. Hill Correctional Facility in 2012. From there, they worked as a Physical Therapist Aide at Results Physical Therapy in 2014. In the same year, they also started playing as a Defensive End in the National Football League (NFL), a role they held until 2016. In 2016, they became a Personal Trainer at Raksolid Elite Performance (REP), and later joined the NFL Alumni Association as a Community Events Director. In 2017, Rakim became a Regional Director and Player Ambassador at NFL Leagues United. Rakim also played as a Professional Athlete in the Canadian Football League during the same time. Most recently, in 2019, Rakim became the Assistant AD and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Mater Dei Catholic High School.
Rakim Cox attended Villanova University from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
