Kristopher Matthews

Kristopher Matthews is an experienced football professional, currently serving as the Director of Player Personnel for the football program at North Carolina Central University since December 2023. Matthews has held various roles in football recruitment and coaching, including positions as a Scout for the National Scouting Combine and an Intern Scout for NFL Draft Diamonds. Previous experience includes serving as the Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Director of Player Personnel at Saint Augustine’s University, along with roles as a Recruiting Assistant Intern at Duke University Football Team and WR Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at AHOP Christian Leadership Post Graduate Academy. Matthews' background also encompasses roles such as Football Scout for Prep Network, Coach Assistant Intern at Winston-Salem State University, and Quality Control Scout at Scouting Heroes. Matthews graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy in June 2023.
