Jennifer Schaefer is a seasoned professional in consumer insights and research, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights and Research at the National Football League (NFL) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Six Flags from July 2012 to March 2022, including Vice President of Consumer Strategy and Experience, where responsibilities involved leading innovation and experience design. Jennifer also served as Director of Strategic Insights, directing all research for the company, and as Corporate Research Manager, overseeing the consumer insights program. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
