Skyler Fulton

Skyler Fulton serves as the Head of the International Player Pathway Program for the National Football League (NFL) since September 2025. Additionally, Skyler co-founded Bones Investment Group in 2018 and held the position of Professor of Business and Financial Literacy at Highline College from 2023 to September 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Portland State Athletics from 2019 to 2022, and Offensive Assistant/Wide Receiver Coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2016 to 2019. Skyler also played as a wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks, and Amsterdam Admirals, along with founding DTE and co-founding AMP - SE. An extensive educational background includes multiple degrees and a graduate certificate from institutions such as Columbia University and Portland State University, culminating in expertise in business administration, wealth management, and real estate development.
