Thomas Cioce is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and technology law, currently serving as Senior Counsel for Privacy & Technology at the National Football League since September 2019. In this role, Thomas oversees legal support for cybersecurity, privacy, artificial intelligence, and technology operations, managing an $8 million budget and a team of 18. Previous positions include Counsel at McGraw-Hill, where oversight of global privacy initiatives was a key responsibility, and Counsel and Privacy Officer for the Americas at HCL Technologies, managing legal compliance and privacy frameworks. Thomas has also held various legal and compliance roles at Bloomberg LP and other organizations, demonstrating a comprehensive background in data protection, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
