Victor Szepilovski

Victor Szepilovski is an experienced professional in sports marketing and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Business Operations at the National Football League (NFL) since November 2025. Prior to this role, Victor held various senior marketing positions at the National Basketball Association (NBA) from March 2020 to November 2025, where notable achievements included leading DTC marketing campaigns in Latin America, successfully expanding the NBA fan base, and significantly increasing youth engagement in Brazil. Victor has also developed strategic marketing initiatives for major brands while working at Octagon and has a strong foundation in finance and sports management from internships and education at distinguished institutions such as FGV EAESP and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Additionally, Victor is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Management and Consumer Experience at FGV EAESP.
