Gene DiPaula has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Gene started their career as a Communications Manager at Genesis HealthCare in 1999, where they developed and executed internal communications strategies. Gene then moved on to Erickson Retirement Communities in 2004 as an Associate Advertising Director, where they played a crucial role in strategic marketing planning and implemented a comprehensive television advertising strategy. In 2010, they became the Director of Marketing at Producers, a film production company, where they built a marketing and communications program from scratch. In 2013, they joined Maxim Healthcare Services as a Marketing Manager, leading a team responsible for traditional and digital marketing efforts. Gene also built a video production team from the ground up. Currently, since 2016, they have been working at NFM Lending as the Vice President of Communications and the Director of Marketing and Public Relations. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing all corporate marketing and communication programs, overseeing advertising and promotion activities, and leading the marketing department staff.

Gene DiPaula obtained their High School Diploma from Calvert Hall High School, where they focused on College Prep. Following that, they pursued higher education at Towson University from 2004 to 2007, earning a Master of Science degree in Communications Management. Additionally, they received a certification in Information Technology from Stevenson University, although the specific month and year of this achievement are not provided.
