Pam Knouse

Pam Knouse brings over 30 years of experience to bridge the operations at NFM Lending. Without previous knowledge of the industry, she started as a receptionist in 1989 where her-then branch manager took Pam under her wing and taught her the business. Pam’s first foray into operations was as a Closer a stepping stone that lead her to be a Processor; a position which she held for many years. Excelling in her position, she was promoted and these new responsibilities and an increased knowledge base, it allowed her to harness her potential when she joined a small 6-person broker shop that she transitioned to a correspondent Lender. There she managed the warehouse, licensing, correspondence, and regulators/state audits. “I’ve done a lot of everything throughout the years,” said Pam. “The mortgage industry is a self-taught business in a lot of ways. You succeed by always being open to learn new things and not being afraid to get in the “trenches”.
