Terry C. has extensive experience in various roles focusing on process improvement, operations management, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Analyst/SME at nFocus Solutions™ since September 2019, Terry collaborates with programming and UI/UX teams to design and modify business processes to meet government stakeholders' requirements. Previous experience includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Process Engineer/Business Analyst and a Senior Principal Analyst, Operations, where quality control and training development were key responsibilities. Additionally, Terry held a position as a Process Coach at Ford Motor Company, overseeing production team activities, and served for nearly a decade in the US Army in several capacities, including Senior Operations & Personnel Manager. An academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the American Public University System and further education in Project Management and Law Enforcement.
