Andrew Tucker possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a UCaaS Third Line Support Engineer at NFON since May 2018, Andrew has progressed through various support roles within the company. Prior to NFON, Andrew worked at Spitfire Network Services Ltd as a Support Technician, providing first and second line support for various technical systems including ADSL, Ethernet circuits, and VoIP solutions. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and administration at Pickfords, Admiral Group, EAT Ltd, and Oxfam. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Middlesex University.
