Monica Caparco

Monica Caparco currently serves as the Head of Finance and HR for Italy and Spain at NFON since March 2019, holding various leadership titles in finance and human resources. Prior to NFON, Monica spent nearly two decades at National Instruments, where responsibilities included managing procurement activities and overseeing facility and fleet management as well as handling finance-related tasks focused on credit risk assessment and accounts receivable. Monica's educational background includes a course in financial trading and a technical degree in accounting programming, complemented by ongoing Spanish language studies.
