Fernanda Noronha

Fernanda Noronha serves as the Financial Planning and Strategy Director for Global Science & Technology (R&D department) at ADM, where expertise in finance supports the commercialization of Nutrition and Sustainable solutions. Throughout a progressive career at ADM since February 2011, notable roles included Global Income Tax Accounting Director, whose leadership in automating income tax accounting significantly streamlined operations, and Senior Tax Compliance Manager, which focused on automating regulatory obligations. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Accor, where process improvements in shared services were spearheaded, and roles at Roche and ABB Brasil as a trainee. An educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, a Master's in International Accounting from FACULDADE FIPECAFI, and a taxation course from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently, Fernanda is a member of nFormation, a community aimed at empowering women of color in leadership.
