Andi Hardy

Andi Hardy currently serves as a Climate Change Consultant at NFU Mutual since January 2023, while also contributing as a Learning Experience Designer. Previously, Andi owned Pandi Prints from July 2020 to May 2023 and held several roles at The Performance Academy Stellantis, including Learning & Development Performance Builder, Virtual Academy Learning & Development Project Coordinator, Learning & Engagement Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, and Commercial Sales Trainer from December 2018 to January 2023. Additionally, Andi was a Wellbeing Champion at Calex UK from January 2022 to January 2023 and worked as Programme Manager for The Springboard Charity & Springboard UK from June 2017 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes a Duty Manager position at The Royal Oak Brandon, Youth Worker at Inverclyde Council, Leisure Attendant at Inverclyde Leisure, and Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation. Andi graduated with a 2:1 degree in Entertainment and Events Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
