Catherine Stewart began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Reed in 1999. In 2002, they transitioned to the University of Warwick as an Administrator until 2006. From 2006 onwards, Catherine joined NFU Mutual, starting as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager until 2010. Catherine then became a Personal Assistant to a Director until 2022. In January 2022, Catherine took on the role of Resourcing Coordinator at NFU Mutual, and in July 2022, they became a PA to the HR Director.

Catherine Stewart obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Studies from the University of Warwick, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.
