Lyndsey Eley

Lyndsey Eley is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Officer at NFU Mutual since March 2018, Lyndsey has previously held various roles at John Lewis from 2007 to 2017, including Local Editor for the Birmingham and Cribbs Causeway Chronicles, where Lyndsey launched the first online-only internal communication platform and significantly enhanced employee engagement through various initiatives. Key achievements include presenting at the Birmingham Town Hall, leading to the recruitment of additional members to the branch's internal Facebook group, and receiving recognition for innovative communication methods.
