Richard Morley

Richard Morley has a strong background in finance and has held several leadership positions over the course of their career. Richard started their career at Thames Water, where they held various finance and project roles from 1988 to 1998. Richard then joined Arval - BNP Paribas Group as the Head of Commercial Finance, where they led a team of finance professionals and served as the Director of a trading subsidiary. In 2003, they moved to HBOS as the Head of Business Finance for Halifax Life & Clerical Medical. Richard then joined Lloyds Banking Group, Insurance Division in 2007, where they served as the Finance Director for International Financial Services. In this role, they led the strategy and planning process for the business unit and was a member of the IFS Board. In 2011, they joined NFU Mutual as the Head of Finance, responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, as well as financial planning and analysis. Richard was later promoted to Financial Director. Overall, Richard Morley has extensive experience in strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the insurance and financial services industries.

Richard Morley attended Carshalton High School For Boys from 1978 to 1985. Following their completion of high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics at Kingston University from 1985 to 1998.
