Sarah Jackson IRMCert has over 14 years of experience in operational risk and quality assurance, currently serving as an Operational Risk & QA Manager at NFU Mutual since August 2009. Throughout the career at NFU Mutual, Sarah has held multiple roles including Risk & Controls Team Leader and Risk & Control Specialist, demonstrating expertise in risk management and claims handling. Prior to this, Sarah gained experience in various positions from June 2000 to August 2009, starting as a Groom. Education includes attending Hornsea Secondary from 1992 to 1997 and further training at the Institute of Risk Management.
