Siobhan McKenna

Siobhan McKenna has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing and recruitment field. Siobhan is currently employed at NFU Mutual as a Lead Talent Attraction Specialist, where they started in August 2022 after serving as a Talent Attraction Specialist from January 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Nuffield Health from November 2020 to January 2021.

In 2019, Siobhan joined Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruitment Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for creating and managing recruitment marketing strategies to attract IT professionals. During their tenure, they successfully implemented an employer brand across online channels and negotiated contracts with European job boards.

From 2015 to 2019, Siobhan worked at Barchester Healthcare as a Recruitment Marketing Manager. In this role, they collaborated with internal teams and external agencies to create and implement recruitment marketing strategies targeting nurses, carers, and support staff across the UK. Siobhan also played a key role in developing the employer value proposition and running campaigns to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Siobhan's career began in 1992 at Berklee College of Music, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager. Siobhan was responsible for producing marketing collateral to recruit both domestic and international students.

Throughout their career, Siobhan has consistently demonstrated their ability to develop and execute successful marketing and recruitment strategies, manage teams and external agencies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Siobhan McKenna studied 3D Design at Sheffield Hallam University from 1985 to 1987, specializing in Graphic Design and Product Design. Prior to that, they attended Bournville College of Art from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued a diploma in 3D Design.
