Sue Heath

Sue Heath is an experienced internal communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Business Partner (Interim) at NFU Mutual since September 2025. Previously, Sue held the position of Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd from March 2020 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team to support change communications and employee engagement initiatives. Sue's extensive career at National Grid from April 2000 to February 2020 involved a variety of roles, including Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager, where strategic communication consultancy was provided to facilitate leadership objectives and enhance employee engagement. Sue began a career in graphic design at Blue Ribbon Press and holds a City and Guilds degree in Graphic Design from Reading College.
