Vince Payne

Vince Payne is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in technical management and safety roles. Currently serving as a Risk Management Consultant at NFU Mutual since April 2020, Vince previously held multiple positions at Intercrop Ltd from February 2011 to April 2020, including Technical Manager, Technical and Safety Officer, and Assistant to the Technical Director. Vince briefly worked as a Temporary Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer in late 2010 and began a career in the industry as a Seasonal Production Operative at Intercrop Ltd from March 2005 until November 2010. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Forensic Science from the University of Kent, earned between 2007 and 2010.
