Frank Malcolm

Frank Malcolm is an experienced building surveyor and director with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director at Malcolm Associates Limited and as a Board Member at ng homes since October 2021, Frank previously held the position of Director of Building Consultancy at Allied Surveyors Scotland PLC from December 2009 to October 2021. Earlier career milestones include serving as Associate Director at CRGP Limited and gaining initial experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor at Serco and a Trainee/Graduate Building Surveyor at Watts Group Limited. Frank holds a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University and has additional educational experience from Abertay University and Brechin High School.
