Terje Bakken

Terje Bakken is a seasoned professional in HR technology and analytics, currently serving as Manager at NG Group since June 2023. Previously, Bakken held the position of Manager of Global HR Processes and Systems at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics from October 2008 to June 2023, focusing on the implementation, monitoring, and support of HR systems aligned with global policies. Bakken also worked as a project manager and architect for establishing a governance model for Employee Master Data Management. Prior experience includes tenures as an HR Consultant at IBM, specializing in HR process redesign, and as an SAP HR Consultant at MAS, focusing on the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions. Bakken holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Organizational Development, along with a Bachelor of Education in Human Resource Management and related fields, both from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
