Tim Gooris

Tim Gooris currently serves as the Head of Group People Operations and Comp & Ben at NG Nordic, beginning in May 2025. Prior to this role, Tim was the Vice President of Human Resources at LINK Mobility from January 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Group Recruitment Team and enhancing employee engagement. Tim also held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at LINK Mobility, implementing the company's first HR system across multiple countries. Previously, Tim worked as a Human Resources Manager at Azets and held various roles in recruitment and training. With a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Inholland University, Tim's expertise spans HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment across diverse industries.
