Quirin Maderspacher

Quirin Maderspacher is a seasoned professional in operations and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ng-voice GmbH since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Engagement Manager and Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company from April 2018 to July 2021, and Project Manager and Policy Advisor at Stiftung Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz gGmbH from October 2016 to March 2018. Quirin's earlier career saw roles at McKinsey & Company as a Fellow, as well as internship experiences with organizations such as the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) in Germany, Süddeutsche Zeitung, and Demos.
