Tom Russell

Tom Russell is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience across various industries, including healthcare, municipal networks, and retail. Currently serving as a Sr. Network Engineer at NGA 911 since August 2020, Tom has previously held key positions at Keck Medicine of USC, Freeway Insurance Services, MGM Resorts International, and the City of Santa Monica, among others. Tom has successfully led projects to upgrade switching infrastructure, implemented SDWAN networks, and designed complex network environments, demonstrating expertise in managing diverse technologies and enhancing operational efficiency. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University, obtained from 1984 to 1989.
