Jared North

Jared North is currently the Director of Chat Operations at Ngage Live Chat, overseeing online chat and intake lead services for various industries. Previously, Jared worked at Apple for a decade, starting as a Mac Expert and later becoming a Sr. Mac Expert managing a team of technical sales engineers. During their time at Apple, Jared focused on analyzing sales trends, providing product knowledge, and managing sales metrics for different business segments. Jared North holds an Associate's degree from Austin Community College.
