Chris Shields

Chris Shields has a strong and diverse background in talent development and recruitment. Chris is currently working at nGAGE Talent, where they hold the role of Global Head of Talent Development. Prior to this, they were the Group Head of Talent Development - EMEA at the same company.

Before joining nGAGE Talent, Chris worked at Hays for a significant portion of their career. Chris held various positions, including Senior Business Manager Learning & Development, Senior Business Manager, National L&D Business Partner - Learning & Development, National Lead - Training, Learning & Development, and Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering training programs and workshops to multiple areas of specialization, such as IT, Finance, Construction, and Social Care. Chris also played a key role in employee onboarding and development, as well as writing and developing training materials.

Chris Shields started their career at The Brand Warehouse as a Business Development Manager.

Chris Shields attended Walton High School from 1996 to 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they studied Business Sport & Leisure (BA Hons) at Nottingham Trent University.
