Joseph Cadogan

Joseph Cadogan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources for ngena, overseeing HR operations in the US and LATAM regions since January 2022. Previously, Joseph held HR managerial roles at HGreg.com and had progressive HR responsibilities at T-ROC, OFF LEASE ONLY, and Airamid Health Services. Joseph's career in human resources began at Oasis Outsourcing as an HR Specialist, following experience as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Joseph is pursuing a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
