Kristin Willingham

Kristin Willingham serves as the SVP of the Global Project Management Office at ION, where leadership is focused on managing the rollout of products to clients. Previously, Kristin held the role of SVP of Global Operations and Client Services at ION, overseeing operations and strategic planning for a team of over 500 employees. Prior experience includes IT Project Manager at Openlink Financial, where Kristin successfully delivered multi-year ETRM projects, and Project Manager at Halliburton, developing and implementing training and growth programs for project managers. Kristin's career also includes positions in talent acquisition and campus relations, with a strong foundation in human resource development, evidenced by a Master's degree from Texas A&M University.
