John Paul Elma

John Paul Elma, CMRP, is a highly experienced Senior Reliability Engineer currently employed at Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, John Paul held positions as a Reliability Engineer at Qatargas from January 2020 to January 2023, and at Maaden from August 2017 to December 2019. John Paul began a career in reliability engineering at Saudi Aramco from April 2014 to July 2017 and previously served as a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer at JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation between November 2012 and April 2014.
