Anteneh Biru

Anteneh Biru is a Senior Engineer at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) since May 2020, with prior experience at Multiconsult as a Consulting Engineer and Senior Geotechnical Engineer from August 2014 to May 2020. Anteneh's research background includes developing models for frozen soils at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and conducting constitutive modeling of soil behavior at Plaxis BV. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering from NTNU, a Master's Degree from Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Jimma University. Anteneh has also served as a Consultant and Assistant Lecturer at Jimma University, overseeing engineering activities and teaching various undergraduate courses.
