Dillon Washburn

Dillon Washburn is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Development Committee Chair for NGPA, where the focus is on building, supporting, and uniting the LGBTQ+ aviation community globally. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Operations at AV8 Flight School, where revenue grew by over 320%, and Director of Educational Partnerships at Hummingbird Aviation, managing student procurement and retention.
