Justin Ellixson-Andrews

Justin Ellixson-Andrews serves as the Executive Director of the National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA), leading the organization's advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals in aviation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions in talent acquisition and management at JSX, Republic Airways, ATP Flight School, and Euro American School Of Aviation, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies, promoting diversity and inclusion, and managing international admissions. Justin's educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
