Jim Zimmerman

Jim Zimmerman co-founded nGROUP in 2001 and served as the President, Chief Financial Officer, and later as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At nGROUP, they focused on running a strategic and innovative business, helping staffing agencies improve operational efficiencies through outsourcing labor. In 2021, they became a board member at Takt, where they aim to use real-time data to enhance operational productivity.

Jim Zimmerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ in May 2015.
